How much work can your team hand over to AI?

A report to prepare. An offer to write. Data that has to be turned into conclusions. In the training you will find out how to use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot for the tasks that eat up your time.

You will learn to write precise prompts, check the answers and build your own assistants. I will also explain which data you can use and when it is worth paying for tools.

Let us talk about training

We will talk through your team’s tasks and choose the scope of the training together.

What will you do with AI in the training?

An offer in your own format

From your notes you will prepare a draft offer or an email to a client. You will give it your own tone and check whether the AI sticks to the facts you provided.

From Excel to a meeting report

From an order spreadsheet you will prepare a summary: what took longer than planned and what needs attention. The result is a clear table with conclusions that you check before the meeting.

Your own assistant for repetitive work

You will build an assistant that turns complaint emails into an organised table. You will save the instructions and the output template, so that you can reuse the ready solution for the next messages.

After the meeting, everyone knows who does what

You will build an agent that turns notes or a transcript into a summary of decisions, a task list and a draft email to the team. You will check the content before sending.

We will agree on the exercises and the features available before the training.

What should change in your team’s work after the training?

  1. 1

This is the question we start with

In an online meeting we agree which tasks take up time, who will take part and which tools you use. An interview and a survey help me understand the group’s level. If you do not know which accounts or licences you have, we check it together.

  2. 2

In the training, participants try things straight away

After a short introduction we move on to the exercises. Participants write prompts, improve the results, compare solutions and share experiences. There is room for questions about their own tasks and for finding a better way of doing them together.

  3. 3

After the training, they have something to come back to

They are left with practised tasks, their own prompts and the materials described below. They can repeat the exercises and adapt the methods they learned to further tasks.

The training usually lasts one to three days. We work live, online. For larger teams we choose a separate format.

More confidence in everyday work with AI

You make decisions about company data with more peace of mind.

We explain what to check before using a document and when it is worth stopping to ask a question. The exercises themselves can be run on materials I prepare, without you handing over confidential documentation.

You know why you choose a given tool.

Together we check which features will be useful for the team, which account you will need and what is worth paying for. You can make a decision with a clear rationale.

You have an expert you can ask directly.

I follow changes in AI tools and regulations, and in the training I explain what they mean for your work. You can say “I do not understand”, show a poor answer and return to the topic. There is room for a normal conversation about whatever worries you.

So that your team knows what it can do with AI. And what it cannot.

Employees try different tools, and questions come up about data, paid accounts and the reliability of answers. In the training we sort these things out using examples from your work.

Company data and rules for using AI

I explain how to judge what information can be given to a chosen tool and what to check in the account terms and settings. We also cover using private accounts for work tasks.

Choosing tools and paid accounts

We check what you already have and what you need for specific tasks. I show the differences between the available options, so you know what is worth paying for.

Checking answers before use

You practise catching invented facts, wrong numbers and off-target conclusions. I show methods and tools that help compare the result with the source material.

The AI Act and labelling content

I discuss the requirements for using AI and labelling generated materials. I relate them to the specific uses you ask about, taking into account the current state of the regulations.

You do not need to know the terminology or where to start. You can show your task and ask directly: can we work like this?

When you go back to work, you know where to start.

The price of the training includes:

  • A training programme tailored to you.“This is exactly how it works for us” is a sentence I often hear during the practical tasks.
  • A 90-day plan for introducing an AI tool in your company. So that the knowledge does not stay on paper.
  • A guide to AI tools.Uses, strengths and limitations of the solutions we discuss, helpful when choosing a tool for a task.
  • A mini e-book on security and the AI Act.The most important issues around working with data and using AI, collected in one place.
  • Exercises with instructions and sample materials. You can repeat the tasks and trace how the result was reached.
  • 30+ prompts to use.Starting points for your own prompts, with room for context, data and the expected result.
  • A summary of the training as text and as an audio podcast. If recording the training is agreed, I send handy summaries. Nothing in nature gets lost. :)
  • The training presentation. So that you can return to the methods and examples we discussed while working on the next task.

I deliver the training personally

My name is Franciszek Kołpanowicz. I run Episteme AI and train teams in using AI. Among others, I have worked with engineers from manufacturing companies, and as part of the Industry 4.0 Academy I co-hosted a seminar for the Polska Miedź Employers’ Association.

I prepare the exercises and run the sessions myself. This way, our conversation about your needs translates directly into what we do in the sessions.

Do you want to connect AI with your email, calendar or CRM?

I also implement AI assistants and agents: for example, to find unfinished matters in correspondence, prepare meeting summaries or draft offers in your company template. The scope, integrations and permissions are agreed separately.

Let us talk about training

Tell me what your team does, what takes up its time and what you already use. Based on that, I will propose the scope of the training.
